The Scriptures teach that children are a gift from the Lord and we take that seriously. We give thanks for every child that we have the opportunity to love and care for so please know that your child’s physical and spiritual safety is at the forefront of our minds!
A key value we hold at Zion Lutheran Church is to support our children and families. We seek to provide space where children can learn, have fun, and grow in their Christian faith in Jesus Christ. We believe this is best done by supporting our families especially by encouraging parents as they raise up their children.
During the worship service on Sunday mornings, a clean nursery area is provided with toys, rocking chairs, and a live video stream of the worship service.
We don’t want you to feel embarrassed or ashamed if your young child cries during the service! We’ve been there too!
If you need to step away for a moment, don’t worry! A friendly usher is more than willing to show you our nursery or offer support as you need.
